Do You Offer Delivery?
Special occasion cakes and orders over $25.00 can be delivered! Just ask when you're ordering and we'll set up the time and location and will set up for your event.
Delivery fees will apply.
Orders

Order Change Request
Important! If you would like to modify your order, we ask that you please provide modifications at least 1 week prior to your delivery date. The sooner the better!

Pickup Times
If you've placed an order for pickup at the bakery, your order will be ready on your scheduled pick up date after 2PM until store closing.
If you'd like to pick up your order earlier in the day on your scheduled pick up date, please give the bakery a call (at least 3 days prior to pickup) and make an early pickup request. Our team will be happy to help!

Order Cancellations
Please allow 3 business days' notice for simple orders (cupcakes, cakes, typical bakery products) and 10 business days for specialty and customized orders.
All sales are final after the above timeframes. In-store credit may be given if the order has not been started, at the bakery’s discretion.

Pick-Up Disclosure
Please note that once the product is picked up; it is the customer's responsibility.
We STRONGLY advise you to arrange to have a clean, flat surface to set product on while driving. Speed is not the issue, it's stopping and turning corners. No slamming on brakes and taking corners fast. Never hold a cake in your lap.
In rural areas, avoid the gravel, washboard and pothole filled roads or drive very slowly on them. Do not pick up the item by the sides of the box - always pick up and carry securely from the bottom.

Nana's Cakery is not responsible for any damages that occur once the product has left the facility including dropping the item in the parking lot or any damages that occur due to the weather - rain, high winds, etc.).
We understand that accidents do occur ... if it is determined by Nana’s staff that the item can be repaired, there may be a charge for this service. Thank you. We appreciate your business. here
Allergans
Although we are able to bake items without allergens, unfortunately we are not a nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, or tree nut-free bakery. All precautions will be taken to avoid any cross-contamination including but not limited to: using different storage areas and equipment, beginning the day with baking our gluten-free items first and our items containing nuts at the end of the day. Please be sure to mention any allergens while ordering.
